Which markets do you cover?
We source wherever our buyers are buying. Put your markets in the form, as broad or narrow as you like.
Do you own the properties you send?
Sometimes. For each deal we tell you whether we hold the title or an assignable purchase contract, before you commit.
Is there a cost to join?
No. There’s no fee to send your buy box or receive deals. Our fee is included in the price of each property.
Can I change my buy box later?
Yes. Send the form again or reply to any email from us with the changes.
