- LOT 2
Tenants you’re done managing
Sell with tenants in place, whether they’re paying or not.
- LOT 3
Fire or water damage
Not livable? We still make offers on it, as it is.
- LOT 4
Behind on payments or taxes
Back taxes, liens and the mortgage are paid off from the sale at closing.
- LOT 5
Code violations
We buy houses with open tickets and city repair lists.
- LOT 6
Vacant and costing you
Taxes, insurance and upkeep on an empty house add up. Sell it as it is.
Something else going on? Tell us about the property and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.
Where we buy
We buy anywhere in the U.S. and are most active in the Detroit area, where the rules for selling vary from city to city:
Questions sellers ask
Who actually buys my property?
Either Apexo Group or an investor we assign our contract to. If we assign it, the investor buys from you at the price and terms in your contract. We tell you this in writing before you sign.
How fast can you close?
We work to your timeline. How quickly a closing can happen depends mostly on the title work, such as clearing liens. Your written offer includes the closing date.
Do I have to fix anything first?
No. We make offers on properties as they are, including what you leave inside.
Is there a fee to get an offer?
No. Sending us your property and getting an offer costs nothing, and you’re under no obligation to accept.
I’m behind on payments or there are liens. Can you still help?
Often, yes. Send the details anyway and tell us what’s owed in the notes. We’ll tell you honestly whether a sale can work.
