What we collect
We collect only what you type into our forms. Sellers send their name, phone, optional email and details about the property. Investors send their name, email, phone, optional company name and the criteria they buy by. We do not ask for financial account numbers or identification numbers on this site.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your request: to evaluate a property you want to sell, or to match properties to an investor’s buy box. We contact you by phone or email about that request, and by text message only if you check the box agreeing to texts. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP or telling us. If you send us a property, we may share its details, but not your name or contact information, with investors we work with so they can evaluate it.
With your form, we also record the first page you visited on our site, the website that sent you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed, so we know which of our pages and ads are working.
We do not sell your information.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are saved in our website’s database, hosted by GoDaddy, and sent to our inbox through Brevo, an email delivery service. Both process the data only to provide those services to us.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site; it sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* and sends Google information about your visit, such as pages viewed and your general location, but not what you type into our forms. Our host, GoDaddy, also adds a site analytics script that sets the cookies _tccl_visitor, _tccl_visit and _scc_session. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and the site will still work.
